Role Overview & Responsibilities

My client is seeking to appoint a security officer to their hospital locations around the South London area.

Duties:

• Chaperoning patients and visitors to wards
• Receptionist duties
• Being responsible for the safe-keeping
• Assisting in First-Aid when needed
• Checking in patients and visitors
• General help and support as required.

This role is an ongoing, part time position. Working hours will average around 4 days per week and are 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am

You may also be expected to work some weekend days with enhanced pay rate of sundays so the right candidate must be flexible and willing to do this.

• This is a hands-on role so the right candidate must therefore be agile and willing to do some manual work.
• Previous experience within a hospital environment is desirable.
• An DBS check and SIA license is essential.
• First Aid training is highly desirable.
