Senior Housing Officer Vacancy

A highly reputable Housing Association based in Oxfordshire are currently looking to recruit a Locality Lead on a full time, permanent basis.
Type: Permanent
Location: Hybrid working onsite in Oxfordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Salary: £37,400 per annum
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Ensure the smooth running of the specialised housing team as well as providing essential customer focussed service
- Line management of 1x Housing Officer within their specified areas and coordinating the work of colleagues from other internal teams within their locality
- Provide high quality housing management services to residents and agencies
- Manage staff to ensure that their range of tasks are completed within legislative and or agreed timescales
- Effectively liaise with both internal and external customers to ensure a collaborative approach and service is provided
- To assume direct responsibility in respect of any more complex and/or sensitive issues relating to customers including managing complaints
Essential requirements:
- Substantial housing management experience
- Excellent customer skills, motivation and discipline to meet deadlines and targets
- Previous experience of managing staff in a busy environment
