Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly and energetic waiter to join our team at Uni Kebab. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. Key Responsibilities: * Greeting customers and seating them at their tables * Providing menus and answering any questions about menu items * Taking orders and entering them into the point-of-sale system * Bringing food and drinks to tables and checking in with customers during their meals * Processing payments and handling any necessary transactions * Providing excellent customer service and responding to any complaints or concerns * Maintaining a clean and organized dining area * Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed * Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience Qualifications: * Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role is a plus, but not required * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and has a passion for providing excellent customer service. Salary: £7.00-£9.00 per hour
