Full Time Sales Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the right products, and ensuring that the store is kept clean and tidy. The Sales Assistant will also be expected to assist with stock management, merchandising, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication, and have excellent time managament skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions.
• Maintain a clean and organised shop floor.
• Answer customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products.
• Assist with stock management, unloading deliveres & updating EPOS systems
• Answering phone calls/emails

A poteintial chance of having the responsibility of becoming a buyer & keeping in touch with suppliers. As well as maintain strong relations with their representitives.

Our ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about animals & their welfare. Having some knowledge is an advantage but all training will be provided. Loving dogs is a must as you will be meeting lots of them everyday.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
