Role Overview & Responsibilities

Quality Manager

Permanent Position

Salary: £45,000 to £52,000 plus a car or car allowance and benefits

Location: Mobile position. Ideal base Watford (HO) but will be covering multiple locations across the country.

I am currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join a leading Facilities Management Business. This is a brand new position due to structural changes and you will be able to develop the role.

This is a combined role of monitoring, auditing and inspecting, therefore you must have experience of being a lead auditor in the Built Environment (Construction or Facilities Management).

You will support the development, maintenance and embedding of Quality Management procedures and processes, as well as providing expertise support to business units and performance teams.

Responsibilities:

First Party Audits- Coordinate and obtain results for the first party audits carried out within the business units.

Second Party Audits- Develop the audit plan and act as lead Auditor

Third Party Audits- Support the business unit in preparing for audits

Inspections- Carry out Quality Inspections and recommend improvements

Monitoring- Carry out regular site visits to provide advice and guidance

Continuous Improvement- Continually improve the Business Management System

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Recent Quality Management experience in the Built environment

Experience in mapping processes

Facilitation skills for managing and running workshops (Quality Improvement)

Qualifications and experience desirable:

Member of the Charted Quality Institute

Lead Auditor Qualification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is desirable though you will be supported to gain the qualification.

Hold a CSCS Card

Extra Information:

This is a Field Based Position and you must be happy to travel to meetings and site visits.

There will be a Security Clearance required to be able to access various sites.
