Machine Operator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

MK Industrial & Logistics have partnered with a well known embroidery company based in Ripon.

We are currently hiring for a machine operator working on the cutting machine on a permanent basis.

Job role:

• Working on other machinery as well as cutting machine
• Cutting rolls of material down to specific measures
• Setting up machine
• Make sure machine is running smooth at all times
• Working with other departments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Hours and pay:

• 8:30am till 5:30pm
• £25,000 per year (depending on experience)

Ideal candidate:

• Previous experience setting and operating industrial machines will be beneficial
• Strong mechanical aptitude (understanding how things work)
• Inquisitive with good problem solving skills
• Able to work on their own as well as part of the team
