Role Overview & Responsibilities

- Strategy Design & Insight: Drive and support the design of the Group’s location strategy and deliver robust and appropriate solutions and governance to ensure that required quality is maintained.
- Industry Sector Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge on relevant work trends, systems, processes and new developments
- Stakeholder Management: task management of project delivery collaborators.
- Supplier Management: engagement and management of third party suppliers.
- Project Planning: to ensure that change is delivered on time, within budget and risk appetite.
- Project Leadership: proactive management of a number of projects embedding change across the group. Co-ordination of all planning governance and implementation activities.
- Business Engagement: manage collaborator engagements and updates at Programme and Director level.
- RAID: Identification, management and appropriate escalation of project Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies.
- Reporting / Governance: provide regular progress reports and manage governance deliverables in line with LBG policy.
- Property Management (essential) – prior experience with business relocations and construction / fit out works.
- Project Leadership (essential) – ability to manage multiple concurrent projects as well as resource such as Business Analysts and specialist technical support.
- Project Planning (essential) – definition and management of Project scope and work packages across multiple workstreams.
- Requirements Management (essential) – experience defining project requirements with user stakeholder groups.
- Budget Management (essential) – working with Finance and third party stakeholders to develop and manage budgets, ensuring a return on investment.
- Project Governance (essential) – thorough understanding of standard project governance and ability to work within a tightly governed delivery structure.
- Change Management (essential) – leading project teams and stakeholders through a clearly defined change journey.
- Communications (essential) – Ability to articulate complex information effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Stakeholder Engagement (essential) –develop and maintain impactful relationships with stakeholders of all levels across the organisation.
- RAID (essential) – can identify and lead Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies within a prescribed change framework using a standardised toolkit.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project (essential) – Must be fully conversant with MS Office.
