A day in the life of an Operations Manager:
At Euro Car Parts we recognise that our people are our most valuable asset. They make the difference between good and great. In our branch network the Operations Manager is one of the key roles for Euro Car Parts, ensuring that the branch team are fully aligned and driving the business and representing ECP professionally when dealing with all external and internal partners.
The day starts bright and early, at around 7.30am to ensure the branch is ready for the start of the trading day at 8am. Leading from the front an OM holds the daily morning meeting to inform and empower their direct reports and to ensure the resource levels are correct across all departments and the branch is fully Operational for the day ahead.
An OM will look to maintain the highest trade and retail standards, develop talent and maximise the efficiencies of the branch at every opportunity throughout the day, every day.
Operations Managers – what we expect:

• The ability to manage customer accounts – cash & Credit
• A prove track record of Stock Control
• The ability to work towards Budgets & Cost Control
• Solid Experience of Stock Takes & Audit
• The ability to build customer relations & connectivity
• A Prove track record of Fleet Management
• A solid H & S background
• The ability to plan and execute these plans to drive a business forward
