Role Overview & Responsibilities

Care Pharmacy in Springside, Irvine are currently looking for a reliable Delivery Driver.

Your overall responsibility will be to arrange and carry out the collection and delivery of prescriptions. The role will involve establishing and developing long term relationships with customers ensuring to always deliver courteous and effective customer service. In this role you will be required to complete administrative records, and ensure that these records are adequately maintained.

We are looking for a personable and friendly individual to provide a first class service to our patients. The role of a driver is more than just deliveries you will be responsible for the handling of important medication guaranteeing it is delivered to the patient on time. You will be dealing with vulnerable people within the community so you must understand the importance of delivery and handling this in the most professional way. The patients will rely on you to deliver their medication when they need it so it is important you build relationships and rapport. You will be an ambassador for Care Pharmacy delivering this out to the community and interacting with patients face to face on a daily basis.

Part time hours - Monday to Friday 1pm-5:30pm

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
