Confectionery Packer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are an independent, family-run business looking for a Confectionery Packer to join our team at our premises in Cardenden, Fife.

The day to day role involves picking and packing confectionery sweet pouches for shipment to our customers. The main duties are summarised below;

* Accurate picking & packing of detailed orders
* Receiving stock deliveries & Replenishment
* Stock Rotation and Labelling (Allergens etc.)
* Working in a open food production area (Full PPE Required & Provided)
* Following our stringent Hygiene & Food Safety standards

This role also requires manual handling of stock boxes and using ladders to access high racking. You will also be required to work whilst standing for long periods of time.

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, driven and able to work on their own initiative - keeping pace in a challenging retail environment - working at speed.

This is a temporary position to provide cover for 8 weeks.

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 8 weeks

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
