We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our Learning & Development Team.
As a Training Coordinator, you will be supporting the Learning & Development team to manage course bookings and deal with any queries, issues and cancellations efficiently.
The role:
- Acting as point of contact for the L&D team for any internal course related queries
- Building excellent relationships with Clubs, Support Office departments, internal and external stakeholders
and suppliers
- Supporting the Lifeguard and First Aid team with any additional requirements and administrative duties as
and when requested
- Ability to minute meetings efficiently and send action points as required
- Providing seamless reporting on a monthly basis to capture key data to share with the team and wider
business where applicable
- Supporting in the management of the new Learning Management System
