We are looking for an experienced Temporary Assistant Site Manager to manage our residential project in Beckenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed within the agreed timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
We are currently seeking an experienced Temporary Assistant Site Manager to support our Site Manager on a residential project in Beckenham. The successful candidate will work alongside the Site Manager to ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Site Manager with supervising and managing subcontractors and suppliers on site
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met and adhered to
- Assisting with monitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are met
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation
- Reporting to the Site Manager on project status and progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
