We are looking for a Full time Spa Receptionist to join our team at tRiBe Spa within Lanelay Hall Hotel & Spa
We are a busy independent hotel just on the outskirts of Cardiff, South Wales offering 19 individually designed bedrooms, a busy Sir Christopher Cole Restaurant, Terry Edwards bar & Lounge, fantastic function Suites and the tRiBe Spa
Duties include:
- Ensure each guest is welcomed with a smile and are well looked after
- Product and treatment recommendations with a strong retail focus
- Experience in retail is essential, beauty and spa background a bonus
- Work towards achieving daily targets
- Great communication with guests, colleagues and management
- Ensure open/close procedures are completed correctly
- Keeping the spa clean and tidy during the day
- Support the daily Spa operation
- Answering phone calls
- Taking drink orders and serving around the spa area
- Checking In/Out guests
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.60 per hour
