What will the Shift Manager do?
- Work with the Assistant manager giving feedback and advice on the store.
- Motivate and lead a shift.
- Provide the customer with a fist class experience by example.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
- Maintain Health and Safety standards across the store.
What skills with the Shift Manager Require?
· Great communicator
· Remain Level under pressure
· Reward and recognise staff efforts and achievements
· Have great customer service experience.
