Service Advisor (Stoke on Trent)

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Circa £23K plus bonus

Full time, permanent. Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm and Saturdays on a rota.

Main purpose of job

• Greeting Customers

• Ensure that you maximize all service sales opportunities by using professional selling techniques

• Record customer requirements and details accurately on our bespoke Company system

• Record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively operate a customer follow up system

• Ensure that the customer is fully informed of all products and services available

• Sell additional products, services and repair work in a professional manner

• Effectively operate a service department loading system

• Carry out promotional work as directed

About you

• Minimum of 1 year’s proven service advisor experience and a passion for the automotive industry.
