The Opportunity
Emberton are looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our fast-growing team. This is an opportunity to join a business where you can fast track your career, and gain lots of international experience.

What you’ll be doing?
- Researching, building, managing and closing your own pipeline of opportunities in the hospitality supply industry
- Proactively prospecting through various techniques including LinkedIn, emailing and cold calling
- Establishing connections with sales leads and building rapport
- Listening and understanding the needs, pains points and requirements of sales leads
- Identify new business opportunities in specific, targeted market segments
- Account Management – Managing clients through regular contact via virtual, email & phone
- Build your knowledge base, be informed, maintain and share feedback/objections with your team
- Support an environment of continuous improvement
- Follow the process to keep your CRM up to date with your daily activities

- You don’t need prior sales experience but you need to be highly motivated, passionate, confident and knowledgeable
- You need an outgoing, warm personality with no ego and want to continuously learn and develop, be intelligent, ask great questions, be honest and trustworthy.
- Desire to grow as an individual, focussed to improve current earnings and fast track your career.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
