What you bring to the role:
- You'll have experience in lease sales (or broker/automotive sales roles)
- You're great with people, able to connect with our customers and motivated by delivering 5* customer service.
- You're ambitious for yourself and eager to learn as much as possible.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are passionate about what you do!
What you’ll be doing:
- You'll join our EV Specialist team - an energetic, dynamic team with a focus on customer results and high performance.
- You will help customers choose the right lease for them and support them through the process.
- In this role, you'll receive 100% inbound, warm leads - your customers will be interested in leasing a vehicle through the employee benefit we offer.
- With our training, you'll become a true product expert, giving you the confidence to deliver a first-class service.

£32-40k base + OTE uncapped + £3-30k equity
