Research Associate

We are looking for an Orthoptist to take on the role of part-time Postdoctoral Research Associate. You will work as part of a wider team within the PCMH VISION Research Unit and work with Dr Lauren Hepworth (PI). The project is funded by Fight for Sight for twelve months.

The project will assess an adaptation to increase the accessibility of the Oxford Cognitive Screen to stroke survivors with visual impairment. The project builds on a collaboration between the VISION Research Unit and the team who developed the Oxford Cognitive Screen at the University of Oxford.

This is a research associate position, you should have experience working in the field of stroke related visual impairment and have experience of conducting research.

The post is funded for one day a week and is available as a secondment opportunity, subject to the agreement of your line manager. Please seek your line managers permission prior to applying for the role.

The post is available on a fixed term basis, for 12 months.
