Who has a passion for food, to work in our pub kitchen serving classic pub dishes.
We are looking for someone who will enjoy being part of an independent business, working closely with the general manager to have an input into the menus and specials, helping to grow the food sales
The duties of the job include but are not limited to:
-Preparing meals from a variety of ingredients
- Maintaining stock levels
- Ordering
- Ensuring excellence in hygiene and food safety practices and procedures.
- Cleaning and washing up
- Input into organising specials
- Managing the kitchen team
- Dry Stock take
- Managing the dry stock margins
You will need to be able to work well under pressure and be prepared to work as part of a team to help drive the business forward.
Kitchen experience is essential.
Kitchen management is desirable but not essential.
