Operations

Campden BRI are the leader in science and technology for the food and drink industry. We provide practical scientific, technical, regulatory and information support. We're looking to hire a Procurement Manager based at our site in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire.



Position


  • Lead development of an integrated procurement strategy across the business
  • Review our Global supply chain for all goods, services and implement changes aligned to industry best practice
  • Actively engage and manage all internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate contract terms on all new and existing contracts
  • Able to lead and develop a small team

Requirements


  • At least 5 years Senior Procurement experience
  • Procurement qualification and institutional membership e.g., Level 5 CIPS Advanced Diploma
  • Industry experience within life sciences industry is essential
  • Strong communication and ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working in the food or drink sector is an advantage but not essential
