We are seeking a Personal Assistant who is both reliable and responsible and who prioritizes efficient customer service. Our CEO is seeking an assistant with excellent communications skills, a willingness to take initiative, and a strong ability to maintain confidentiality. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently, and will be responsible for attending to our CEO's personal needs. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail oriented and capable of resolving problems in real time.

Responsibilities:

  • Be organized and efficient.
  • Manage the CEO's daily schedule.
  • Manage CEO's calendar and travel plans.
  • Handle confidential information.
  • Organize CEO's emails and phone calls.
  • Plan and manage CEO's personal activities.
  • Create and manage a budget for personal items.

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 5 per week

Salary: From £9.00 per hour
