Paralegal

An International Investment Manager is looking to secure a Paralegal for a newly created position in their Product Legal Team.

In this varied role, you will report to the Associate Director and will work in collaboration with the European Product Legal team on various projects and tasks associated with structuring, development and execution of new products and the maintenance and optimisation of existing product offerings including Irish and Jersey domiciled ETC products and Irish UCITS.

This organisation is a Remote First employer, meaning this role can be done fully remotely or on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing a variety of documents relating to new fund launches;
• Listing documentation and managing regulatory registrations;
• Coordinating board meetings and collating board meeting documentation and taking minutes;
• Organising committee meetings, attending and taking minutes;
• Coordinating internal directors and counterparties signatures on various documents;
• Responding to queries from across the business and counterparties
• Assisting with onboarding of new counterparties; and

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous 2 years paralegal experience
• Experience in an in-house environment (specifically within financial services) is advantageous
