Orthodontic Assistant (DA, RDA, OA)
Have a good POSITIVE attitude, be able to multi-task duties, punctual, organized, and above all caring towards all patients. **Need 1-2 years of orthodontic work experience minimum (READY TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY)
We have a beautiful brand new office located at the border of Los Altos and Mountain View, CA.
Duties include assisting in:
-Untie/Retie archwires
-Remove cemented bands
-Chemically prep teeth for bonding brackets
-Pre-position brackets for doctor
-Fit bands
-Debond brackets
-Take impressions and pour up for fabricating appliances
*Must be willing and able to handle inventory needs
Compensation will be based on experience, job title, etc.
Every Wednesdays, Fridays, 2 Saturdays per month (from 8am-1pm), but may add on more days in the future
Work Remotely
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
Every patient that comes in gets their temperature taken, provided a mouthwash consisting of Listerine and Hydrogen Peroxide for 1 minute. We also have extraoral suctions to remove aerosols, 2 surgically clean air units, and separate patients
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mountain View, CA 94040: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Dental assisting: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Certified Dental Assistant (Required)
- Registered Dental Assistant (Required)
- CPR Certification (Required)
