Service Project Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Mortuary Capital Project Office, Orange Zone, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary

Band: 8A

Contract: Permanent / Secondment (In agreement with Line Manager, as per NHSG policy).

Looking for experienced NHS Project Manager to support Acute Major Capital Projectsโ€ฆ.

Concentrating initially on the development of a new Integrated Mortuary Facility and National Treatment Centre โ€“ Grampian.

What will the job require?

Job will require the post holder to manage complex processes involving a wide range of internal and external teams from the development and planning of a new project, through the planning, briefing, contracting and construction phases to commissioning and occupation and then post project evaluation.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of the key areas of capital project development stages.

Your personal attributes will also be important to demonstrate your ability to succeed in this busy role. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential as well as the ability to work with all grades and professions in the Public, Construction and Voluntary Sectors.

This post would be ideal for someone with proven capital project management skills. The successful

Candidate will be supported by members of the multi-professional project team.

Opportunity for Post Graduates with Masters Business Administration in Health or Public Services.
