The day-to-day duties
The Kitchen Assistant will be required to have a friendly and outgoing disposition and will be comfortable working in a large, busy kitchen.
Duties will include:
- food prep and supporting the kitchen in high volume service
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:
- Experience as a commercial kitchen is desirable but not essential
- Food Hygiene Level 1 is desirable but not essential as training will be given
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and relate well with the public
