The Fascia Place is one of the UK’s largest independent suppliers and manufacturers of low maintenance building products. We are in search for an internal sales manager to develop accounts and customer relationships, covering 2-3 of our regional trade counters from our Guildford office.
The position would suit someone with previous merchant experience but this is not essential. Knowledge of the building trade and products would be advantageous.
This is a full-time salaried position based in our Guildford trade office.
The key responsibilities of an Internal Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Service and development
- Advising customers about our product range
- Problem solving and objection handling
- Working towards monthly KPI's and sales targets
- Administration
- Raising and closing quotations and setting up customer accounts.
- Working with colleagues to increase customer base and sales
- Assisting the branch with customer queries.
