Altitude Marketing is a fast-growing Creative Agency based in the heart of Loughborough. The co-founders have the ambition to grow Leicestershire's largest agency that actually delivers results for their clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative designs for various digital & print media, including websites, social elements, branding, brochures, flyers, posters and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders to gather information and requirements, and to ensure designs meet business goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technologies, and continuously develop and improve your design skills and expertise
- Participate and support in the design and development of user-centred websites, ensuring that all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible
- Work with web developers to integrate graphic elements into functional websites, ensuring that designs are translated accurately and effectively into the final product
- Prepare final graphics and layouts for print or digital distribution, ensuring that all files are ready for production and meet quality standards
Desirable Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD)
- Strong typographical and layout skills, with the ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate messages
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines with ease
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Organised and have a methodical approach to file management.
- Effective time management skills, ability in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Experience in using Apple Mac
Good to have:
- HTML/CSS knowledge
- Webflow or WordPress understanding
- Video editing skills
- Post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
