You'll gain valuable experience across different areas of a business that are passionate about developing graduate talent.
Role Responsibilities
The business you'll be joining are well-established in their sector and distribute a wide range of home, DIY and garden products to business customers throughout the South West and Wales. As a Graduate Operations & Logistics Trainee, you will:
- Receive tailored training from an experienced and successful manager who himself joined the business as a graduate trainee
- Gain insight into various areas of the business, rotating through various departments including transport, logistics, inventory control, administration and fleet management
- Learn how all of the departments work and come together
- Complete and end up managing things such as driver routing, fleet compliance etc
- Have opportunities to progress and work within different operations departments in the business

- An initial starting salary of £24,000 - £25,000
