F&B ASSISTANT AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• The consistent delivery of superior customer service
• To ensure that the department creates a professional impression to customers and team members To maximize opportunities for departmental sales and profit
• To assist with stock-takes where required
• To follow procedures for food and beverage controls at all times.
• To assist with maintaining and improving departmental operating standards.
• To assist with and suggest new promotional opportunities to enable departmental sales to meet and exceed budget.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Physical setting:

• Hotel
• Restaurant

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Newcastle upon Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Catering: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
