Requirements of Farm Worker
- Supporting the farm team in the day to day running of the farm to produce Turkey to the highest standards
- Managing the farm while the Farm Manager is on holiday or rest day.
- Conducting night checks and alarm cover while the Farm Manager is on holiday or rest day.
- Ensuring all aspects of running the farm are met while ensuring you and the team maintain safe working practices
- Ensuring the welfare of the birds is maintained at all times
- Ensuring ventilation, feed, vaccinations and conditions are kept at optimum levels you will also be required to maintain accurate records
- Having a good attitude and being reliable
