Job Description

Location: Northampton

Salary: £33,445 - £43,745 (depending on experience)

You’re not just a passionate advocate of how brilliant support can add true value to an Executive team, you’re someone who genuinely believes in the wider benefits it can bring to a business.

What’s more, if you have the talents to deliver those benefits to our business and people, you’ve just found a career opportunity to match your ambitions.

First, a bit about us

St Andrew’s Healthcare is a charity providing specialist mental healthcare services. We work in partnership with a number of NHS, voluntary, educational and research organisations to deliver a range of specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education and research that helps to improve the lives of people with complex mental health needs.

A little more about this role

You will provide exceptional intuitive support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO) working closely with them and their teams. Excellent and pro-active diary management is a must in this role, as is the ability to deliver comprehensive office management. You will manage communications across all networks, both internal and external, that interface with the COO’s office and you will need to show flexibility, resilience and responsiveness in a fast paced, high pressured environment.

And a little more about you

Due to the importance of the role and the senior people it supports, we’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with an impressive mix of skills and knowledge within a similar environment – including strong influencing and relationship management skills to enable collaboration across the Charity, a high level of common sense, and excellent communications skills. With a proactive, can-do attitude, you’ll be adept at prioritising a high number of critical pieces of work as well as embedding the Charity’s values of Care, Accountability, Respect and Excellence in all you do. You’ll also be keen to make a big impact as soon as possible.

If this sounds like you then we’d love to hear from you.
