Job description
We are an independent coffee house serving premium coffee and chocolate drinks. We pride ourselves on customer service and quality coffees. We use our own blend of coffee and unique Belgian chocolate setting us apart from other coffee shops.
Our journey requires dedicated staff who are willing to work hard, learn and create a happy and friendly environment for our guests.
We are looking for experienced Baristas to join our team.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
· Preparing and serving food, making hot and cold drinks
· Operating the till to process orders and payments
· Ensuring the café is fully stocked and can meet the menu at all times, notifying the Manager or café staff of any shortage
· Cleaning the café areas, inside and outside and ensure they are safe and hygienic at all times
· Checking all facilities, equipment or furnishings are in good order
· Monitor expenditure, stock, wastage and use-by dates
· Respond promptly and professionally to any customer feedback, comments, or complaints, involving the manager where necessary
· Uphold the highest standards of health and safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
· Use your own initiative to respond quickly to issues or challenges that may arise when you are on duty
Requirements:
· Passionate about delivering high-quality food and drink offer
· Experience of working in a catering environment is desirable
· Barista experience is not required for cafe assistants
Work Remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-40 per week
Salary: Up to £10.00 per hour
