Surge Assistant Studio Manager – City of London

Surge Fitness is hiring for an Assistant Studio Manager to build on the success of our studio in the City of London, driving membership numbers and helping to nourish a culture of high engagement amongst our team of PTs.
You will be joining one of the fastest growing fitness startups in the UK, working closely with the Studio Manager to ensure that service standards are maintained and targets are met.
Your role will include:
- Driving studio performance as measured by financial and operational KPIs.
- Delivering EMS personal training sessions to members
- Ensuring the member experience in the studio always meets or exceeds our Surge standards
- Maintaining the highest level of service and providing a safe training environment for members and the team.
The person we’re looking for should have the following skills and experience:
- Management experience
- A passion for fitness
- Level 3 PT qualification
Prior experience and knowledge of EMS would be very beneficial, but not essential.
In return, we can offer you the chance to work in a fast-paced start-up with major ambitions for further growth. The role will be full time, with a base salary of £28,000 per annum. We also offer performance-related bonuses, giving you expected earnings of over £33,000 including bonuses.
