We are seeking a customer focused Assistant Manager to join our store in Ashford Kent .The perfect candidate is someone who has a passion for all things food and beverage and thrives off a bustling environment.

Responsibilities:
· Be hands on at front of house and behind the counter
· Lead and support the team to prepare all desserts and drinks to standard
· Lead and support the team to provide courteous, prompt service and the very best customer experience
· Identify and delegate responsibilities to staff to ensure objectives are met
· Communicate information and work as a team with the manager so the business can create a premium environment on every shift.
· Ability to maintain calm and keep staff motivated when under pressure
· Assist in developing and implementing creative solutions to areas of improvement
· Assist in implementing any new company policies and procedures, by helping develop plans and instructing staff
· Support and assist the restaurant manager in all aspects of store operations to deliver the brand standards, our values and commercial targets.
· Delivering compliance to all health and safety and food safety guidelines
· Run shifts in the restaurant managers absence
· Act at all times with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of Kaspas
· Assist in any areas of the store when staffing constraint requires.
· You will need to be available for 10am starts and if closing 10.30pm finishes.
Minimum qualifications
· Prior experience as an assistant manager/supervisor within a busy work environment.
· Fully flexible and able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
