Overview

Enterprise Rent-A-Car are excited to annouce an opportunity within our Business Support Division covering our Citations & Toll Management services across the UK, Ireland, Spain & France. The division works in collaboration with multiple departments across the UK & EU on the deployment of commercial initiatives in accordance with the Companyโ€™s strategic objectives.


The role will be based within the Headoffice - Staines


40 hours a week


ยฃ22,050.00 per annum


Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers rentals for private and business use as well as replacement vehicles for the insurance sector. In the UK, the company began operation in 1994 and now operates more than 450 locations across the country and has 5,000+ employees.

Responsibilities

The successful individual responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for incoming correspondence.
  • Processing traffic violations including parking, speeding and bus lane penalties
  • Reconciling payments received from customers
  • Liaising directly with customers and local councils regarding queries on penalties
  • Problem-solving on outstanding payments
  • Providing support and information to our branch network
  • Managing timely invoice data entry
  • Reducing PCN Payments outside of local authority timeframes
  • Reducing Rejected Representation and more


The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
